even cancelled my driving practical just for it.

i’m going shopping with my mom in jb!

and of course, i’ll be finally getting my wii our wii!

will blog again when i return from my trip tomorrow.

was on my way back when i met my neighbour outside his place, was supposed to help him fix up his computer yesterday but he fell asleep.

apparently he had some hardware problems and luckily for me, he has already arranged for someone to pick up the computer for repairs.

i think he has the same problem with my mom, their 8 characters clash with anything that’s related to either microsoft or intel.

give them a perfectly fine brand new computer and the computer will certainly find plenty of ways to break down.

helped him to fix up his mini laptop as well, the same repairman did a mess in configuring his email so i had to help clear the shit, also taught him how to use msn…

again luckily for me, he had to rush off to meet his friends for supper so i didn’t have to spend too much time explaining how to use msn.

he called me 5 minutes later and told me he’ll buy back supper for me as an appreciation, free nasi lemak from boon lay, why not right?

waited till nearly 3am before he appeared with my packet of nasi lemak and a new packet of cigarette…for me!

i love my neighbour!

went over to west coast for a pool session with aaron and weisiang,

reached there at around 11pm, played and lost 2 games to weisiang before taking a bus back.

kinda duh-rish…

weisiang had school tomorrow morning so he wasn’t able to stay out late and aaron went off to meet another friend for supper.

and so theoretically i went out for less than 2 hours.

i’ll be upgrading my wordpress to version 2.5 now.

successfully updated wordpress to 2.5 but a couple of plugins didn’t seem to work.

popularity contest was one of them but i guess it won’t affect my blog much.

the other plugin and that i really like and didn’t work was simple tags, a very useful tool to manage tags.

oh well, at least the author of the plugin has acknowledged that he’ll be coming up with a new version that’ll work.

the rest of the plugins seem to be working fine but i’m sure updates will come along pretty soon.

i’m not really in a mood to blog so expect short sentences for this post

woke up at almost 2pm and found nothing to do,

i’ve finished watching everything that i could watch and even re-watched a few of them.

went out with my mom to imm for a walk, there was this samsumg 40″ lcd tv on discount, just $1599…

that’s $1599 for a 40 inch lcd tv!

cheap but mom refused to get it for my room.

also saw the phone that i wanted, just $129 if i renew my contract, this is like the cheapest phone i’ve ever wanted.

came back after a while and i sat below my block to play crisis core, i always fall asleep while playing at home so i tired a different environment and it worked!

aaron came over for a visit after attending some “training” with a burger for me and a 1/2 spring chicken for himself.

it was then we spotted a cat and it was really pretty, she has spots on her body that resembles a leopard and strips on her tail resembles a tiger,

i’m usually a dog person but this cat was really something, i doubt it’s a stray cause the fur was very nice and white…looks like someone has given her a bath just recently.

aaron was playing with her as if it was his girlfriend or something and i swear he said “i wanna bring her home” at least 5 times or more.

went for both my basic theory lessons, i still don’t understand why i must sit for the lessons even thought i already have my pdl.

2 lessons side by side, 6.15pm to 9.45pm, 3 1/2 hours of solid bullshit…serious!

it was so boring that i fell asleep, i think, for nearly an hour before waking up again.

and i’m sure i wasn’t the only one sleeping judging from the snores i hear behind me.

oh well, at least i finished all my theory lessons…totally waste of time!

was freaking hungry so took a bus back to jurong point to meet aaron and trond but trond had something last minute so he couldn’t turn up.

i was feeling nauseous from hunger (didn’t eat anything the whole day) and really felt like puking…okay i did puke a little after alighting the bus but there was nothing to puke since i didn’t eat anything so i rushed to jurong point and ordered myself a fillet-o-fish meal to temporary curb the hunger.

met up with aaron and walked over to block 651 for a proper dinner/supper and weixiang joined us soon after.

had a huge bowl of porridge, 2 fried chicken wings and 3 glasses of water.

stuffed!

i think i fell in love again…with a phone.

yeah i know i got an iphone (wow…duh!) but i’m kinda sick of the touch screen,

got to see and feel one of the latest nokia models and i really like it…slim and sleek,

will post pictures and provide more information when i get home later.

theory lesson’s starting so gotta go…

i know i’m a gadget kinda person who goes for technology stuffs but this is 1 phone that really caught my eye even thought it’s a…

normal phone.

it doesn’t have fantastic functions, it doesn’t have big memory space, it doesn’t have a good camera, it doesn’t even have a good operating system but somehow i just like it.

and the phone i’m talking about is the nokia 6500 classic.

from what i know, the phone is available in 2 colours, gold and black.

the black seems nicer but it’s only for export. i held the gold one and it wasn’t that bad either.

i love the sleekness, i love the metallic body, i love the feel.

i know nokia phones are very problematic and their service centers are much worse but i really like the phone.

think i might call up m1 tomorrow and check if they have any discount on this phone if i resign my contract with them.

i know this is a little late since they should be at the airport by now.

wishing colin, veron and their little sister a safe trip and enjoy yourselves in bangkok.

i actually wrote a long post at home about the nightmare i had last night but i guess i forgot to publish it.

had my 2nd practical lesson at 2.10pm and the instructor was kinda moronic, he knew that i was retaking my license and kept talking about youngsters speeding and having their licenses revoked.

i knew i was keeping to the speed limits but he kept telling me i was going too fast, my turning was too sharp, my speed in going over the hump was too fast, my braking is too late bla bla bla.

came to a point where i almost wanted to shout at him…i guess he caught my hints and quieten after that.

didn’t expect to pass many modules with this kinda instructor and how right i was, completed 10 modules yesterday and only 2 today.

i’ll see how the next instructor is or else i will really consider taking fix instructor although it cost a little more.

went for a quick final theory practice before sitting for my final theory evaluation…

failed all 3 practice papers this time round but got 100% for my evaluation so all that is left is the final theory test in june, hoping to grab one on a nearer date thought.

2 more theory lessons today and i’ll have finished all my theory stuffs less the actual final theory test.

let’s hope i’ll pass the final theory paper in just 1 try and get a good traffic police test date.
